Vactronics Vietnam, located in Binh Duong Province, is a wholly owned subsidiary and serves as one of the company's key manufacturing bases. It is primarily responsible for the cutting, grinding, and polishing of glass and quartz materials.
The facility specializes in substrate glass for advanced semiconductor packaging, interposer glass, and AR/VR optical lens processing. It has also invested in a 12-inch glass substrate production line, creating a vertically integrated manufacturing model together with the precision optical coating technologies of the Taiwan headquarters to support the growing demand from AI and high-end optical markets.
