ITO ( ITO indium tin oxide transparent conductive layer)

We have extensive experience in coating on various types of substrates, such as: glass (size: 4”~12”), blue glass, gallium arsenide (GaAs), silicon wafer (8”/12”).
In addition to improving the transmittance of the substrate, the handling, warping, appearance, and uniformity of large-sized glass/silicon wafers can all meet the high standards required by customers. 12" glass and 8" silicon wafer coating are also continuing to be mass-produced. The main customer groups are automotive and biometric identification. At the same time, we also have cooperative manufacturers that can combine coating with lift off.

1. ITO+lift off, protect the circuit, and protect the coating of the circuit in 3D sensing to prevent excessive power and cause damage.
2. Application of conductive layer:
Vehicle application, Ex: Lidar
WSS
Visible light HUD

IMITO (Index matched ITO high transmittance ITO glass)

Glass components used in LCOS can be combined with liquid crystals to increase transmittance and conductivity.

LCoS (Liquid Crystal on Silicon)

Liquid Crystal on Silicon (LCoS ), is a technology that grows transistors on silicon wafers and fabricates driving panels (a.k.a. CMOS-LCD) by semiconductor process. The transistors are polished by grinding technology and plated with aluminum as reflective mirror to form CMOS substrates. After that, the CMOS substrates are attached with ITO substrates that contains transparent electrodes, which is followed by a liquid crystal injection process and then, there are assembling and testing processes. In sum, LCoS is a technology that combines LCD and CMOS process.
